Bliss Ayurveda Health Village offers Yoga Classes for In-residence as well as outpatient individuals. The emphasis is given on practical sessions that could later be worked upon at home. After the classes, participants will have a personalized yoga schedule to follow later on. This schedule caters to the individual health needs of participants. These treatments can be taken by following the daycare program and In Residence packages.

Bliss Ayurveda Health Village offers Yoga Classes for In-residence as well as outpatient individuals. The Classes may be Personalized or in a Group of few members.
Bliss Ayurveda Health Village offers Yoga Therapy for Disease Management. The Yoga trainer works under the guidance of Ayurveda doctors and charts a personalized plan for each participant.
Bliss Ayurveda combines Yoga with Ayurveda which incorporates Pranayama, Dietary, and Lifestyle considerations along with Yoga Asanas and poses.
Bliss Ayurveda Health Village offers Yoga Retreats of 15-30 Days for In-residence individuals who come and stay here to get a complete holistic experience and deepen the connection with their Mind, Body, and Consciousness.
The batch size is kept minimum so that individual attention could be given to each person. The classes can range from one week to one month for In-residence persons at Bliss Ayurveda Health Village. Outsider patients can come for longer duration.

The Ashtanga Yoga contains a series of asanas – primary, secondary and advanced series. An athletic, fast-paced style of yoga, in which you practice a specific set of poses. The postures change only after the previous posture is mastered upon. The class starts with the very basic Beginner’s Series and goes to Advanced Series with a speed that depends on the practitioner.
The Vinyasa Yoga class varies in the sequence of asanas. “Vinyasa” sounds mysterious, almost exotic, but it’s actually just Sanskrit for “movement”. When you attend a vinyasa flow class, you’re simply linking your poses together with breath for a dance-like flow. The practitioner might experience a very different sequence each time he performs Vinyasa. The “Therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga” will work as a therapy for people suffering from any health-related issues and would help them cure it by themselves.
With the accumulation of toxins taking place all the time, it is necessary to find a way to get rid of the toxins from the body to restore normal functions to the body. Detox Yoga comprises twisting asanas. The twisting postures, held for a particular duration, block the blood flow and as the posture is released the blood starts to flow rapidly providing all the necessary nutrients to the body parts and also removing the toxins.
DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA
The Dynamic Hatha Yoga is a gentle and slow form of yoga that mainly focuses on holding the postures for longer durations. It is a relaxed style.
In Sanskrit, Hatha means force. Hatha yoga breathing techniques can be traced back to the 1st Century in both Buddhist and Hindu texts, but it was another 1,000 years before the use of yoga postures, or asanas, and breath control was recorded as a way to enhance vital energy.
GUIDED MEDITATION AND YOGA NIDRA
The Guided Meditation is a state of complete relaxed concentration which is achieved by continuous instructions by a professional guide. It helps to get relieved from all the physical or mental stress.
Yoga Nidra is a complete “Yogic Sleep” that is helpful in relaxing the whole body while the mind is still alert and aware. It calms the thoughts and improves concentration. It also improves memory and learning ability.
Yoga Dance is a combination of Yoga and Dance where one does yoga postures on the music with a certain choreography which helps in healing the body and mind in an enjoyable manner.
