The batch size is kept minimum so that individual attention could be given to each person. The classes can range from one week to one month for In-residence persons at Bliss Ayurveda Health Village. Outsider patients can come for longer duration.
YOGA STYLES OFFERED BY BLISS AYURVEDA
The Yoga trainer works under the guidance of Ayurveda doctors for each participant
The Ashtanga Yoga contains a series of asanas – primary, secondary and advanced series. The postures change only after the previous posture is mastered upon. The class starts with the very basic Beginner’s Series and goes to Advanced Series with a speed which depends on the practitioner.
The Vinyasa Yoga class varies in the sequence of asanas. The practitioner might experience a very different sequence each time he performs Vinyasa. The Therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga will work as a therapy for the people suffering from any health-related issues and would help them cure it by themselves.
The Detox Yoga comprises of twisting asanas. The twisting postures, held for a particular duration, blocks the blood flow and as the posture is released the blood starts to flow rapidly providing all the necessary nutrients to the body parts and also removing the toxins.
DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA
The Dynamic Hatha Yoga is a gentle and slow form of yoga which mainly focuses on holding the postures for longer durations. It is a relaxed style.
GUIDED MEDITATION AND YOGA NIDRA
The Guided Meditation is a state of complete relaxed concentration which is achieved by continuous instructions by a professional guide. It helps to get relieved from all the physical or mental stress.
Yoga Nidra is a complete “Yogic Sleep” which is helpful in relaxing the whole body while the mind is still alert and aware.
Yoga Dance is a combination of Yoga and Dance where one does yoga postures on the music with a certain choreography which helps in healing the body and mind in an enjoyable manner.
PRANAYAMA AND BANDHAS
