combination of nine essential oils in
sesame oil base that mainly includes
Shallaki, Karpoor and Pudina.
This oil enters
deep into the skin after massage. It relieves the pain, stiffness and
inflammation of the joints as well as quickens the regeneration of
bones, muscles and ligaments by improving the local circulation. It is
non sticky oil with pleasant aroma that produces a soothing and
cooling “camphor ice” effect which calms the nerves and uplifts the

Suggested Dosage & Duration:
Massage the oil lightly on sore joints and
muscles 2 times a day. For full body massage,
the oil may be diluted with equal part of sesame
oil.
Dietary & Lifestyle
Advice:
Favor warm and light diet. Avoid fried food,
carbonated drinks, ice-cold water, sour tasting
food and cold food. Avoid cold water and direct
exposure to cold immediately after massage.
Fomentation with warm water immediately after
massage will provide excellent relief.
